4. The ITIL Product and Service Lifecycle (10%)

Worth 10%, it names the eight activities a product or service moves through — and its single most important, most-tested idea is that these activities are not a straight line. They loop, run in parallel, and get revisited. A product in operation can loop back to design; a support insight can trigger rediscovery.
