How to request a refund
Email us
Send a message to support@mindmeshacademy.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
Include the details
The exam you sat (e.g. AWS SAA-C03), the email address used to purchase, and an official score report or pass/fail result from the testing vendor.
Get refunded
Once approved, we issue your refund through Stripe back to your original payment method. Stripe typically posts refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Who is eligible for a refund?
Anyone who purchased a MindMesh Academy study guide and subsequently sat the corresponding certification exam without passing. You will need to provide your official score report or pass/fail notification from the testing vendor.
What counts as proof of failure?
The official score report or pass/fail notification from your testing vendor (for example AWS, Microsoft Learn, Pearson VUE, PSI, or PMI). A screenshot of your testing portal showing the failed result also works. Please redact any sensitive personal information before sending.
What if I have not taken the exam yet?
The pass-or-refund guarantee specifically covers customers who sat the exam and did not pass. If you have not yet attempted the exam and want to cancel for another reason, email support@mindmeshacademy.com and we will review the request individually.
Does this apply to every MindMesh Academy study guide?
Yes. The Money-Back Guarantee applies to any paid study guide product sold by MindMesh Academy. Free study guide previews are available without purchase, so the guarantee only applies to the paid version you purchased.
How long does the refund take to appear?
Once we approve your refund, it is issued through Stripe back to your original payment method. Stripe typically posts refunds within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will email you a confirmation when the refund is initiated on our side.
