Accessibility Statement

Quizzes use native radio and checkbox inputs; navigation uses real <button> and <a> elements. In quiz and flashcard sessions: Enter flips a flashcard, Space flags the current question or card for review, ← / → moves between items, and a–f selects a quiz answer choice.

Pages use semantic HTML headings, descriptive link text, and aria-label on icon-only buttons (display settings, dark mode toggle, mobile menu, social links). Mermaid diagrams in study guides render as inline SVG so screen readers can traverse them.

A Display & accessibility panel in the header sets text size, line spacing, typeface (including Atkinson Hyperlegible, designed for low vision and dyslexia), light/dark/system theme, contrast, link underlining and motion. Changes apply instantly. Text size is a percentage of your browser's own default rather than a fixed pixel size, so it compounds with a default you have already raised. Links in body text can be underlined on their own, without turning contrast up, so colour is never the only thing marking a link. Motion, contrast and theme each follow your operating system unless you override them — including prefers-reduced-motion, which now silences the flashcard flip and page transitions. Layouts reflow on mobile and tablet widths.
