These questions mirror the format and difficulty of real DP-900 items. Each carries a full explanation.

Why this matters: reading a worked answer is not the same as producing one. Recognition feels like knowledge and disappears under exam conditions, so attempt every question below before reading its explanation — including the ones you are confident about.

💡 The mental model: every scenario carries one decisive clue — a protocol, a latency figure, a named dependency, a phrase such as "without changing application code". Everything else in the stem is context written to make two or three options look reasonable. Your job is to find the clue.

⚠️ The trap: if two options still look equally right, you have not found the decisive clue yet. Reread the requirement rather than picking the more familiar product name — familiarity is exactly what the distractors are built to exploit.
