4. Copilot and Agent Administration (25–30%)

This phase covers the newest and most rapidly evolving part of the exam. Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents represent a new category of work: AI-powered tools that need their own licensing models, their own governance workflows, and their own administration surfaces. Many candidates haven't administered these yet — but the exam expects foundational knowledge of what they are, how they're licensed, and how admins control them.
