💡 First Principle: Storage failures present a spectrum of urgency: a single drive failure in a healthy RAID 5 is recoverable; a second drive failure during rebuild is catastrophic. The speed of response to storage alerts is directly proportional to the risk of total data loss. Storage problems that are ignored become storage disasters.
