4. Agile Frameworks/Methodologies (20%)

Domain 3 is worth 20% on its own, but its real weight is higher than the number suggests — adaptive thinking threads through Domain 1's approach questions and Domain 4's methodology-shaped BA work too, so a weak grasp here breaks answers you'd expect to be safe elsewhere. This phase goes deeper than Phase 1's conceptual predictive-vs-adaptive split: think of Phase 1 as recognizing that adaptive exists, and this phase as learning to actually run one — when adaptive fits an organization, how iterations actually get planned and tracked, what artifacts substitute for formal predictive documentation, the real structural differences between the major adaptive frameworks, and how individual task management works inside an adaptive team. The ⚠️ Exam Traps ahead center on one recurring mistake: treating "agile" as a single method instead of a family of distinct frameworks.
